Many a times you must have faced problem in troubleshooting printing problem on an installed network printer. I had installed a samsung SCX4521F Multifunction printer on network.

 It installed but always failed to print the document on on print command given. I was choked as there was no issue with the network not even with the window update as many a times window suggest you when you trouble shoot printing problem.

Now the question is how to resolve the issue. Well, It depends on your printer make and its model. in case of Samsung that I have experienced.

Samsung printer provides specific printer drivers and a common Universal Printer Driver that is compatible with all printers of Samsung make.

Check if both the drivers are installed on the machine. if so uninstall the driver that is not required if you are not sure. Uninstall both original and Universal Driver and reinstall the driver from network....issue will be resolved.
